Summer Scarves

Like something you don't see?  Well, I've got an app(lique) for that!

Did I mention I can personalize any of my products?  Since I draw my own appliques, I can size them to whatever you like for any of my products. 

Here are a couple options for summer scarves.  You tell me what colors you want and I'll go on the hunt for the perfect material :)

I'm open to personalizing one of your scarves for a minimal charge.  I can embroider or applique initials or applique just about anything we can imagine.

Hat Collection

In honor of the upcoming Art Fest on June 10th and 11th,

Irish Eyes are Smiling: newsboy hat-style

I'm stoked to introduce another Peep creation - the newsboy hat.  This versatile hat is reversible and can be worn several different ways.  You're getting 2 hats/at least 4 styles for the price of one!  There is a small strip of elastic in the back to keep the hat snug.  *Adult sizes are also available. (Yay!)

The hat shown is pretty gender-neutral (and yes, it's the same hat just different sides).  I have hats that go from the boy-est of boys to the girliest of girls (you can even add a sweet rosette pin on the side).  My son's not a huge fan of hats (unless they're off of his head!) and he doesn't mind wearing this style - which is great for our day at the park.

I had the wonderful challenge of taking a larger pattern and sizing it down to fit a one-year old.  I was so excited for the challenge and think the apron turned out wonderfully!  But don't take my word for it - take a gander yourself :)

Hey Spring Chicks, I'm so excited to share a purse just for you moms!  No worries, there were no baby boys harmed in the picture-taking of this purse :)

This cute little handbag is made from Amy Butler fabric: Soul Blossoms Passion Sari Blooms in Moss (boy was that a mouthful...or handful since I'm typing?) and I used Moda fabric Oz by Sanae Brick Road in pink for the upper part of the purse and for the lining.  I also used the Amy Butler for a sweet, concise pocket inside with magnetic snap closure.

pinned to your diaper bag, purse, jacket or favorite shirt.

Without a little girl nearby to model my new rosette headband, my poor son was used as a stand-in!  Right about now my husband is questioning our decision for me to stay home with our son.  My little guy was such a good sport for the first headband, but notice the VERY unimpressed look on his face for the second headband!  I was rushed to get it on and it's a little crooked...I heart that boy :)

Spring is in the Air!!

Alexander Henry Mocca Shoulder Tote $30

I find myself super excited for all the projects I have in store.  If only I had more time!! :)  Here are a couple things to show you a few more of the directions I'm going with my sewing.  Keep checking in for more!



Front side pocket



This comfortable and stylish Alexander Henry Mocca tote features three inside pockets that easily fit your cell phone, keys, and whatever else you fancy.
It includes a magnetic snap closure.
The fabric has been fused with interfacing, allowing it to better keep its shape.
Sturdy red duck cloth was used for the straps, inside lining, and base. All fabric was pre-washed and can be spot cleaned.

The tote measures 12" deep and 11" across.

The wide straps are 29" long and work great over the shoulder.
